Thank you for making Motley Financial Solutions, LLC dba Legacy Changers Academy (hereinafter referred to as “Legacy Changers”) a part of your financial freedom journey. We are looking forward to helping you create and find solutions to meet your financial goals.
Please carefully read over and accept the following Terms & Conditions to ensure you receive the best experience possible.
Definitions: “Client”, “You”, “Your” “Yourself” refers to you, the person(s) seeking to receive services and/or products offered by Legacy Changers.
“Legacy Changers”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to Motley Financial Solutions, LLC dba Legacy Changers Academy.
Coaching Services: We will dedicate our services and expertise to understand and evaluate your current financial needs, resources, and goals in order to cultivate a sound, customized financial plan to help achieve your objectives. Our ability to develop a successful plan is reliant upon your preparation before each session, as well as taking responsibility for your plan and its implementation. In addition, we strongly encourage you to contact us when additional advice or direction is needed.
Client Responsibilities: Prior to each session, you will be required to complete and submit homework to better prepare your coach(es) for your session. Please complete these forms to the best of your ability and knowledge. Forms must be returned by the date designated by your coach(es). You assume all responsibility for the accuracy and complete documentation, materials, and facts upon which your coaching session are based.
Scheduled Appointments: We understand and value the importance of your time and resources. In order to efficiently serve you, we ask that you honor your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule, or cancel your appointment, please contact us. For cancellations, please give a full 24-hours prior notice to your scheduled appointment, unless otherwise notated during the scheduling process or your Client Welcome Kit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be rescheduled and will be counted as a used session.
Payment for services: Payment must be paid in full or in accordance to the payment plan schedule prior to commencement of services. We will issue an invoice for payment remittance based on the service(s) or product(s) selected. We accept payment in the form of cash, money order, or debit card. We highly discourage the use of credit cards as a form of payment, as this type of payment contradicts with our core values; however, the usage of a credit card for payment is at your sole discretion.
Refund policy: All refunds shall be processed in accordance with the Coaching Services Agreement, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request. Please carefully read and familiarize yourself with the refund policy prior to purchasing services or products.
If a payment is declined, We reserve the right to make an additional attempt. If after the additional attempt payment is still declined, your membership to the program and all services will be terminated. You will not receive a refund for any payments received prior to your membership cancellation.
Spousal Participation: If enrolling for couples coaching services, both you and your spouse/partner are required to participate in all scheduled sessions. If enrolling for one-on-one coaching, and your spouse/partner is not available, you will be required to reschedule.
Confidentiality: Legacy Changers and You agree to keep confidential all matters discussed, financial information, facts, documentation, materials, including the nature and content of documents you provide or we create. All personal identifiable information, including but not limited to name, address, occupation, financial reporting, or any other information will not be disclosed to any person, persons, or third party without prior written authorization and clear, verifiable instructions from you indicating what may be revealed. This includes the information of other members.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Changers and its owners from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses and attorneys’ fees caused by or resulting from negligent or intentional acts or omissions of Legacy Changers performing any Services under this Agreement.
Disclaimer: Our financial coaching services are designed to provide accurate and authoritative information regarding the subject matter discussed. We are not authorized or licensed to provide legal, accounting, or other professional advice. We do not sell financial investments, stocks, or bonds. Your coaching sessions will be fact-dependent, and will require you to seek additional services related to legal, accounting, investment products, or other professional services.
Assignment: Neither party shall assign this Agreement to another party unless such assignment is to a subsidiary or affiliated entity under common control.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to adhere to, uphold and be fully compliant with the provisions contained herein. Acceptance considered upon payment.
